2. Data Collection and Processing

a) Website Visits

When accessing this website, information is automatically sent to my server by your browser and temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:

- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device
- Name of your internet access provider

This data is processed for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection of the website,
- Ensuring comfortable use of our website,
- Evaluation of system security and stability,
- and other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above. I do not use the collected data to draw conclusions about your identity.

b) Use of Contact Form

If you contact me via the provided contact form, a valid email address and your first name is required to respond to your inquiry. Additional information may be provided voluntarily. The processing of data for the purpose of contacting me is based on your voluntary consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Contact form submissions may be processed using Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Microsoft Teams), provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. Microsoft Teams may also be used to exchange project-related documents containing personal data. All data is stored within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Microsoft.

c) Use of Google Fonts via Cloudflare

I am using fonts provided by Google, loaded via the Cloudflare Content Delivery Network (CDN) to ensure compliance with European data protection regulations. No direct connection to Google's servers is established, and no personal data is transmitted to third parties.

d) Analytics (Hostinger Analytics)

I am using a privacy-friendly analytics tool provided through the Cloudflare network. It does not collect personal data and does not use cookies. It solely serves the purpose of evaluating website traffic anonymously. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the anonymous analysis of user behavior to optimize both my website and my services.

e) Hosting

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the service provider.

3. Data Disclosure

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed in this privacy policy.

4. Your Data Protection Rights

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- Rectify inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- Request deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
- Restrict data processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- Withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR),
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

5. Right to Object

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

6. Data Security

I am using SSL encryption on my website to protect your personal data during transmission. The encryption technology used is always updated to the latest security standards.

7. Storage Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by applicable legal retention obligations. Contact form data will be deleted as soon as your request has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
